Stress Less

Breathe and stress less. The amount of energy it takes to stress, you could be enjoying and living your life to the fullest. Stress actually brings on depression, anger, physical illness, and more stress. Sometimes we just have to let go of the worry and ask our Higher Power to take over in order for us to be free from the anxiety that stress can bring on.

Do not allow fears to take over so much that you don’t enjoy each moment or experience. If all you see is sadness, gloom, darkness, and hopelessness, then it is time for you to take action into being more positive and healthy.

Are you doing any of these things to help you stress less?

  1. Breathing and meditation
  2. Exercise
  3. Eating healthy
  4. Getting enough sleep
  5. Asking others and your Higher Power for help
  6. Seeing a doctor if there is a health issue
  7. Seeing a therapist
  8. Going to 12-step meetings
  9. Practicing positive thinking
  10. Look for opportunities that might be coming into your life

When we stress we cannot see the beauty that is right in front of us. Sometimes those doors being shut in your face are being shut for a reason, so stop trying to open them. Pray and meditate about the things that stress you out and then turn them over to your Higher Power.

Just for today, I will live more and stress less. I will allow my Higher Power to take charge.
