Hakuna Matata

When life gets too complicated or scary, sometimes you just got to say “Hakuna Matata.”

I have found that it doesn’t matter whether I am going through something or not, I can still get worried and fearful. You know why? Because I am human and it happens. So if it happens to you, it’s OK, you are not alone. Now if you are going through something, it’s OK too, you are also not alone.

Life is a series of events that collect together to bring you experiences. These experiences can affect you in a positive way or a negative one, but they are all so very important into helping shape the person you are today. What you do now with those collected experiences is up to you and you can change your perception by practicing the art of positive thinking, meditation, and Hakuna Matata.

Just for today, I will accept my life on lifes terms and I will implement “Hakuna Matata” when I feel alone, scared, or unsure. I will believe in hope and I will believe in miracles because even if my beliefs are shaken up, I know that my faith will help carry me through. Just for today, I will let go and let God.
