Keep Calm Meditation
What do you need to keep calm about right now that you may or may not be doing? What can you do to achieve this calm? Maybe its prayer and meditation, maybe it’s talking with another addict/alcoholic, maybe it’s going to a meeting or helping another, no matter what it is, it’s time to take action.
There are bumps in the road of life, that is almost guaranteed, but we have a solution today to help us ride those bumps a little more smoothly, not perfectly, but better than we would have otherwise.
It is OK to have all various kinds of emotions when we go through life’s trials and tribulation, and it is OK to be scared. These are the moments that you need to push through the fear, letting go of what you can’t control, taking action where you can, and stopping for a moment to really turn over all your anxiety, worry, and fear to a power greater than yourself.
You are not alone and your higher power loves and cares for you so very much. Trust the process, turn it over, and let him/her do for you what you can’t do for yourself.
