#DetoxMonday: What’s Your Mantra? | Weekly Meditation

A mantra is a sound, word, or group of words that are repeated to help motivate, create a positive affirmation to oneself, and bring awareness into meditation.
Each day of the week we invite you to bring into awareness and repeat the sayings below throughout the day. There is no limit on how many times you can say, as long as you repeat them over the course of the day.
What would happen if we replaced negative self-talk with positive affirmations (mantra) that you tell yourself each day of the week? Well, let’s find out.
My Higher Power is bigger than my fears.
My thinking is positive and joyous.
I am full of wealth and success.
My mind and body are healthy and happy.
I am worthy and accepting of love.
I am open to new ideas and accepting of new adventure.
I am relaxed and calm.
