‘Bout That Faith Life
Faith It Till You Make It, ever have to deal with a series of unfortunate events and wonder when it’s ever going to end? Where no matter how hard you try, things just don’t seem to work out the way you had hoped for?
It’s because it’s a plan that is in play that you are not in control of and it might actually be the best plan laid out for you.
If you have been looking for a sign on what you should do next. Why ? Because you have run out of ideas. This meditation might be for you. It’s time to let go of the metaphorical wheel and see where this new journey is really trying to take us.
There have been a lot of times just in the past month alone that I have wanted to control and change multiple situations that all seem to be happening at once. But it’s become near impossible, because I am not in control of any of it. The only thing I can really do is try my best each day. Meditate, let go of expectations, have faith, and be patient.
Sometimes all you can really do is faith it till you make it. The more I resist and fight with anger and self-pity, the more resistant I am to change, growth, and ultimately my own happiness. This can be equated to emotional or physical well-being, too.
I found that I have the most amount of peace in my heart and life when I let go and give it up. This does not mean that all my troubles disappear. This simply means that I have serenity within me while the world around me may be in chaos.
Fear, anger, self-pitying are all destructive feelings and behaviors that make every unfortunate situation worse for me, so even though things may not go my way. I am going to let go and allow my journey to unfold exactly how it is supposed to. Life runs much smoother when I stop trying to fix and control everything and I start living in the present moment. Today, I am going to faith it till I make it and I hope you will join me.
In conclusion, just for today, all is right with us and the world. Because we are exactly where we are supposed to be.
