Halfway House at The Watershed
At The Watershed, we want your journey in life to not only be alcohol and drug free, but also for you to be as happy and successful as possible. We believe that recovery does not end when rehabilitation ends, and we want to continue to give you what you need to maintain a life clean and sober. One form of aftercare that we provide is a sober living halfway house.
Benefits of Sober Living Halfway House
After treatment, we have found through our experience that when an addict or alcoholic immediately returns to the people, places and things that they are used to, relapse becomes a significant threat to their ongoing recovery. A halfway house provides the much needed guidance and support you need so you can avoid returning to the people, places and things (triggers) that were the foundations of active drug use or drinking. Supportive living in a structured environment such as a sober living halfway house at our rehabilitation center has proven to be the element that enables individuals to embrace the process of recovery and a drug-free lifestyle.
Accountability and Friendship
The Watershed Residence provides a highly skilled and caring staff, as well as the safety, structure, knowledge and experience to help you gain a firm footing in recovery from drugs and alcohol. As an added benefit, sober living in a halfway house will introduce you to others in recovery that will become key voices of support in your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
Men and women faced with addiction and alcoholism usually are quite intelligent and talented individuals. With our support and guidance at the Sober Living Halfway House, they are easily able to return to gainful employment, raise families and create great lives for themselves outside of drugs and alcohol.
The Watershed Residence halfway house is an integral part of our rehabilitation center's successful continual care plan. Upon completion of residential treatment, it is highly recommended that an individual continue their recovery in a sober living community that helps addiction become a thing of the past.
