Dear Mr. Crosby,

My name is Susan L. and I really felt it necessary to write you. The reason being is that on October 11 I made a phone call that has changed the lives of our whole family. I called the 800 number, which got me in touch with Kathy. My nephew, PQ, is a heroin addict and Kathy moved mountains and stopped at nothing to get my nephew the help he needed. She got P in The Watershed Treatment Center the same day I made the phone call to her. His plane ticket was waiting at the airport. She made several phone calls to myself, to P, to P's mother, and so quickly she acted, which in my opinion she saved my nephew's life possibly.

The comfort and firm support she showed restored so much hope. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that she was the backbone of support and help to a very bad situation. She helped me to help P and for that will always be grateful.

I just felt the need to bring to your attention a positive comment about one of your employees. I know this is impossible, but it would be nice if you could run Kathy off on a copy machine.

I think I owe you a "thank you" also for having Kathy employed there. She truly is an angel.
